The Residency Hotel provides comprehensive training to all its staff to deliver First Aid in case of emergency.


The Residency Hotel has its own security system that includes:-

Round the clock armed and trained guards for outside areas.

An effective supervision and control system is implemented during the work cycle.

Reception and front desk staff are trained to ask for identification.

Rooms are not given to persons without proper identification and without Luggage or looks suspicious.

Hotel Staff have their identification cards visible to the Guest.

Rooms are protected by twin lock, confidential Door lock and with special chain lock.

At time of Check in Room # are kept confidential and shun to announce in front of other people presence.

Windows are protected by iron fence for the protection of children and older guests.

A system has been adopted for close contact with local police station and they were asked to petrol the property and surrounding areas.

In Case of electricity break down substitute electricity is available in shape of heavy duty Generator which caters all electric equipments including Air conditioners.


The Residency Hotel has taken the following measures to minimize the threat of fire and its prevention:

Smoke detectors are installed in every room, corridors, Halls, and Business Center.
Different kinds of Fire extinguishers are placed in their specific places.
Staff are trained how to use these extinguishers in case of fire.
Fire Exits are available and are clearly marked.
Fire department Phone number is on auto dialing.
